武汉地区高校学生献血者服务质量感知与重复献血意愿比较研究

摘　　要：目的进一步发挥高校学生在无偿献血中所起的重要作用,并对提升高校献血者的重复献血率提出针对性策略建议。方法通过问卷调查的方法,对武汉市无偿献血者进行了调研,收回544份有效问卷,将高校献血者与街头献血者及成分献血者进行比较,分别从献血者的服务质量感知、满意度、重复献血意愿及动机4方面进行对比分析。结果虽然3种类型的无偿献血者总体评分均较高,但是高校献血者与其他2种类型献血者相比,其服务质量感知评分最低,满意度最低,重复献血意愿最低,其献血动机中出于利己或利于家庭的目的也更为明显。结论高校献血者的服务质量感知、满意度低严重地影响了重复献血意愿,成为了高校学生群体中初次献血者规模庞大但重复献血者比例小的重要原因,提高高校学生献血者服务质量感知、满意度及重复献血率是发挥大学生在无偿献血中主力军作用的关键。Objective To further strengthen the important role of college students in blood donation and to propose specific and relevant suggestions.Methods Using college student donors in Wuhan as subjects,544 questionnaire surveys were conducted and collected.The data on their perception on service quality,satisfaction,intention to donate again and motivation were compared with that of the street donors and component blood donors.Results The results indicated that these three kinds of blood donors scored relatively high,but the the college student donors＇ scores on the perception on service quality,satisfaction,re-donation intention were the lowest.It is noteworthy that their motivation principally derived from selfserving needs.Conclusion College student donors＇ perception on low service quality and satisfaction significantly influence their intention to donate blood again.Hence,the rate of re-donation among college students has been low.Improving quality of service and college students＇ satisfaction and motivating them to donate blood again are key elements in increasing the rate of voluntary blood donation.
