摘　　要：人才培养模式无缝对接是中外合作办学成功与否的关键所在。文章从国内外同类本科专业的培养模式对比着手,分析讨论了在知识点衔接、学生能力培养、课程负责人制度、教材选择等基础上的人才培养模式的对接策略,并就英语课程比重、学生管理、校园文化建设等方面存在的问题提出解决方案。The rational and scientific integration of the training modes is the key factor,which may determine whether the Sino-foreign cooperative education programs will succeed or not. By comparing different training modes of the same undergraduate profession at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and discusses the integration policies of undergraduate training modes on the basis of the linkup of knowledge structures,the training of students＇ abilities,the institution construction of course directors,the choice of teaching materials,etc,and it also puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems of English course proportion,student management,campus culture construction and the like.
