摘　　要：课程建设质量是教育质量和人才培养至关重要的影响因子。因此,针对精品课程建设中暴露的问题,深入理解国家资源共享课程建设方案,结合国家级精品课程"卫星导航系统"的转型升级工作,提出了精品课程转型升级国家级资源共享课程的顶层设计和具体实施方案,希望可以为其他同人提供参考。The quality of courses is one of the most important influence factors of the quality of education and talents cultivation.The paper analyzes the problems in the construction of national- level quality courses and the construction scheme of resource- sharing courses,and it,taking the course of Satellite Navigation System as the example,illustrates the overall design and the detailed implementing plan for transforming the national- level quality courses into resource- sharing courses.
