高校乒乓球选项课应用比赛机制教学模式研究

摘　　要：乒乓球是大学生普遍喜爱的运动项目之一,学生对于乒乓球选项课上课积极性较高。近年来,比赛机制教学在高校乒乓球选项课得以广泛应用,使得教师能够及时掌握学生的学习情况,从而有针对性地教学,在一定程度上可以激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的乒乓球技术,还可以丰富学生的裁判知识和提高欣赏比赛的能力。通过实证研究发现,比赛机制教学模式在高校乒乓球选项课的应用对提高教学质量有一定的价值。In universities, table tennis has become one of the popular students loved sports, students in table tennis elective course have high enthusiasm. In recent years, the competition mechanism of teaching has obtained the application in college table tennis elective course, competition mechanism can make the teacher master student learning and targeted teaching, to a certain extent, also can learn to stimulate the enthusiasm of the students, improve the students＇ table ten- nis skills, can also enrich the students＇ knowledge and improve students＇ appreciate and referee ability. According to the survey results, the teaching mode of the competition mechanism in college table tennis elective course has a certain value to improve the quality of teaching.
