摘　　要：高校自主招生是我国高考制度改革迈出的重要一步,高考的公平性一直是公众的热议话题,"一考定终生"始终是个广为议论的高考诟病,高校自主招生的目的是在普通高考之外开辟一条途径,确保能够把那些在某个方面有特长的优秀学生招到学校中来,发挥学生的特长。在自主招生过程中,高校自主权力加大、监督机制减弱,这使得在招生过程中找关系、走后门的几率增加,密码面试技术通过技术手段来避免招生录取过程中不公正现象的出现。The college independent recruitment of students test is one of the most important steps in the reform of the policy of College Entrance Exam of China. The fairness of this exam has always been a hot topic, and the situation of＂one exam deter- mines the whole life＂ is even widely blamed by the society. The independent recruitment test opens a new way for students be- sides the College Entrance Exam, and it ensures those students who have special talents in certain area the opportunity of receiv- ing high level education, so their talents can be developed further more. During the independent recruitment of students test, the increase of the liberty of college and the decrease of supervision system makes unjust phenomenons possible. The code interview can eradicate effectively all the unfairness through technical method.
