血浆骨桥蛋白水平变化对宫颈癌复发预测的价值

摘　　要：目的：分析宫颈癌患者治疗前后及复发后血浆骨桥蛋白（OPN）的变化,评价OPN在预测宫颈癌复发中的作用。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定238例宫颈癌患者治疗前后及随访5年的血浆OPN水平,统计分析血浆OPN水平和临床指标及复发的关系。结果：在Ⅰb~Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者中,OPN表达水平与分化程度、转移程度有关（P〈0.05）,与年龄、临床期别、细胞类型无关（P〉0.05）。且随着治疗,血浆OPN表达水平明显降低（P〈0.05）。当宫颈癌复发时血浆OPN表达水平明显高于未复发者（P〈0.05）。结论：血浆OPN表达水平与宫颈癌的发展和复发密切相关,有望成为宫颈癌的一个复发预测指标。Objective： To investigate the change of plasma osteopontin （ OPN ） levd before and after treatment in cervical cancer patients and in cervical cancer recurrence.Method： The plasma OPN levels of 238 cervical cancer patients before and after treatment were measured by ELISA and followed for up to 5 years. The relations of between plasma OPN level and clinical ~ariables, recurrence were analyzed.Result： Plasma OPN levels was associated with differentiation degree and metastasis in patients with stage Ib-lla cervical cancer （P〈0.05） and not associated with age, clinical stage and pathological type （ P〉O.05 ） . Plasma OPN expression level decreased obviously after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . When cervical cancer recurrence plasma OPN level was significantly higher than without recurrence （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The evaluation of plasma level of OPN may be helpful to predict the recurrence of cervical cancer patients in advance.
