奥拉西坦联合配伍丹参多酚酸盐治疗老年脑梗死的合理用药疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究奥拉西坦与丹参多酚酸盐联合应用于老年脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性,并对其合理用药进行探讨。方法:选取本院2012年3月-2013年3月老年医学科收治的71例老年脑梗死患者设为对照组;2013年4月-2014年5月本院老年医学科住院治疗的70例老年脑梗死患者设为治疗组。对照组予以奥拉西坦药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联用注射用丹参多酚酸盐,两组均以14 d为一个疗程。结果:治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组有所改善(P<0.05),药物不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:奥拉西坦与丹参多酚酸盐联合应用对于老年脑梗死患者恢复期疗效较好,可显著改善患者的神经功能缺损,提高日常生活能力。Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of oxiracetam and depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza combined application in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and to discuss the rational use of drugs.Method：From March 2012 to March 2013,71 cases of senile cerebral infarction were selected as control group in geriatric medicine department in our hospital.From April 2013 to May 2014,70 cases of senile cerebral infarction neurological were selected as treatment group in geriatric medicine department in our hospital.The control group was given on the basis of Oxiracetam drug treatment, and the treatment group in the control group was given Salvianolate injection, two groups were 14 days for a course of treatment.Result：The treatment group of the patients the neurological deficit scores than the control group improved（P〈0.05）,occurrence of adverse drug reactions was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion：The combined application of Oxiracetam and Salvianolate for senile cerebral infarction patients in convalescent period of good curative effect,which can significantly improve the neural function defect of patients and improve the ability of daily life.
