摘　　要：小儿脑转移瘤较少见,总体发病率相当低,患者总体预后较差,多见于白血病、淋巴瘤、尤文肉瘤等。关于其他一些罕见脑转移瘤报道较少,如恶性生殖细胞瘤、黑色素瘤、肾恶性杆状细胞瘤等。本文综述国内外关于小儿少见脑转移瘤的诊断、治疗及预后的研究进展。The incidence of brain metastases is exceedingly rare in pediatric patients. The prognosis of pediatric brain metastases is poor and the most common tumors that develop brain metastases include leukemia, lymphoma, Ewing＇s sarcoma,etc. There are rare case reports on other much less common tumors,inculding malignant germ cell tumors, melanoma, malignant rhabdoid tumor of the kidney,etc.This article reviews recent domestic and international research of the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the rare pediatric brain metastases.
