针药结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电针联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法选取50例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗,观察组给予电针联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗,比较两组的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with salazosulfapyridine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 50 cases with ulcerative colitis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salazosulfapyridine,the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with salazosulfapyridine.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction in two group was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than 68.0% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of two groups had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of electroacupuncture combined with salazosulfapyridine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
