摘　　要：通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对湘鄂渝黔地区10所高校、17所中小学校民族民间体育课程人力资源现状进行了调查研究,揭示了该地区民族民间体育课程人力资源开发目前所存在的问题,并提出解决问题的建议,旨在为该地区体育教育事业的快速发展提供理论依据。Like any course construction, the P. E course construction depends on talents. Talents are derived from the effective development of human resources. Based on literature searching, expert interviewing, question naire, mathematical statistics, this paper investigated and studied the current situation of human resources about national folk P. E course in 10 colleges and universities, 17 middle schools and primary schools. It can reveal some problems of human resource development of national folk P. E course in this area and then puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems, besides, provides theoretical references for the rapid development of physical education industry in this area.
