校企合作模式下应用型人才培养的探索与实践——湖南涉外经济学院高尔夫专业的办学经验

摘　　要：校企合作是应用型本科院校实现应用型人才培养的重要途径。在分析校企合作模式内涵与内容的基础上,结合湖南涉外经济学院高尔夫专业与高尔夫企业合作开展应用型高尔夫本科人才培养的经验,构建了无缝对接的校企合作平台,分析了"3+1"人才培养模式、课程体系、双向渗透融合的教材开发和"双向聘任、双向服务"的双师型师资队伍建设以及建立科研促教学的校企合作模式等实践做法,并提出了进一步推进校企合作的思路。School enterprise cooperation is an important path to realize the application talent education in appli- cation-oriented undergraduate colleges. Based on analyzing, content, connotation of school-enterprise cooperation, combining the training experience of Hunan International Economic University on golf major with many golf enterprises in training applied undergraduates, the following construction idea was put forward： to build seamless school enterprise cooperation platform; many practical methods such as ＂3 ＋ 1＂ training model reform, improved course system, two-way development of teaching materials, ＂two-way appointment, two-way service＂ teachers employment construction were discussed, and new school-enterprise cooperation ideas were further promoted.
