摘　　要：在"能打仗、打胜仗"思想的指导下,军队院校军事基础教学训练必须进一步加强对学员作战能力素质的培养。从以"能打胜仗"为指导革新训练理念,以军事训练转变为牵引创新训练模式,以提高训练效益为目的改革方法手段等三个方面探讨了实战化军事基础教学训练创新的问题,以探索军事基础教学训练实践的新路径。Under the guidance of the thought ＂to be competent of fighting a war and be capable of winning a war＂, military basic teaching and training in military academies ought to further the cultivation of students＇ combat effectiveness qualities. From three as- pects： to transform the training concept under the guidance of ＂to be capable of winning a war＂, to innovate the training model driven by military training transformation and to reform approaches to enhance training effectiveness, this paper explores the issue of inno- vating the combat - actualized military foundations teaching and training in order to find out new ways of practicing military founda- tions.
