摘 要:目的观察局部给予5-羟色胺(5-HT)对大鼠舌下神经核兴奋性的影响。方法 8只成年雄性SD大鼠,置入微透析导管于其舌下神经核,通过微透析导管向舌下神经核泵入新鲜人工脑脊液(ACSF)、新鲜5-HT溶液,监测未给药、泵入新鲜ACSF、泵入新鲜5-HT溶液时的颏舌肌肌电,利用区间测量方法计算颏舌肌肌电面积。结果未给药、泵入ACSF、泵入5-HT时大鼠的颏舌肌肌电的面积分别为(0.811±0.122)、(0.859±0.121)、(1.247±0.122)m V·s,前两者比较,P=0.081;前两者与后者比较,P=0.003、0.005。结论 5-HT可以提高舌下神经核的兴奋性。Objective To observe the effect of local 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) on neuronal excitability of rat hypo-glossal nucleus .Methods Eight adult male SD rats were selected .Micro dialysis catheter was placed into the hypoglossal nucleus, through which, we pumped the fresh artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF), fresh 5-HT solution into the hypoglos-sal nucleus .Then we monitored genioglossus electromyography at the moment of no drug delivery , pumping fresh ACSF , and pumping fresh 5-HT solution .The genioglossus electromyography area was calculated by interval measurement method . Results The genioglossus electromyography chin area at the time of no medicine administration , pumping ACSF , and pumping into 5-HT was respectively (0.811 ±0.122), (0.859 ±0.121), (1.247 ±0.122) mV· s, when we compared the former two, P=0.081;when we compared the first two with the latter two , P=0.003, 0.005.Conclusion 5-HT can improve the excitability of hypoglossal nucleus .
