摘  要:设计了一种以ARM9为核心处理器,Linux为操作系统的控制器。控制器通过RS485总线接口接收传感器网络检测传输回来的温度、湿度、光强等参数;控制器按网络协议要求将接收到数据打包并通过以太网发送给上位机,接收上位机发回的操作指令并驱动相关执行装置动作,实现大棚内部环境的调控。上位机软件采用Lab VIEW编写,在上位机中预先设定好阀值参数,将控制器上传来数据与阀值参数比较后,根据预设的控制模型发控制命令到控制器;同时利用Lab VIEW软件的Web发布功能将数据共享到网络,实现远程监控。实验表明:控制器运行效果良好,可实时采集大棚内的温度、湿度等参数,实现大棚的远程监控。The intelligent gateway uses ARM9 as the core processor and Linux as the operating system. Through using the RS485 bus interface, the parameters sent back by the sensor network detection were received, such as temperature, humidity, and light intensity. When Gateway received the data, the important parameter of the greenhouse was transmitted to the remote monitoring unit through the network protocol. The PC software was programmed by Labview, and the threshold parameters were pre-set in the host machine. After comparing the data with the parameters, the monitoring machine can send control commands to control the drive to perform the related operations. The intelligent gateway runs well, and could realize real-time acquisition of the temperature, humidity and other parameters, which achieve the areenhouse remote monitoring.
