摘  要:针对工程机械工作环境恶劣,刀具的人工检测更换不易,且无法通过有线进行刀具磨损检测这一难题,提出基于CC1101射频技术的刀具磨损检测方案:利用MSP430控制器、CC1101无线收发芯片和电涡流传感器构建系统中节点的硬件平台和软件平台,通过Labview编写的监控软件进行实时监测。测试表明:该检测系统功耗低、测量准确、操作简便、成本低,有较好的推广价值。The system was proposed in order to solve the problems of the tool wear detecting, which is in harsh working environments, very difficult in manual inspection replacement, and incapable of being detected by cable wire. The hardware and software platform of the system were set up by using MSP430, CC 1101 and eddy current sensor. By using the monitoring software Labview, the system was monitored in real time. Experimental result indicates that the system has low power consumption with less cost, and it can measure accurately and is simple to operate, which has good promoting values.
