摘　　要：培养和提高大学生的职业能力,已经成为我国高等教育全面深化改革,适应经济社会发展而着力解决的一个现实问题。但大学生职业能力有其独特的内容及特征,其内容主要包括:专业能力、发展能力、方法能力和基础能力等;其特征主要有:专业性、基础性、延展性和潜在性等。这就决定着大学生职业能力培养的主要方法和途径包括课堂教学、校园文化活动、专业实习见习、社会实践活动等。Training and improvement of university students＇ vocational ability has become a realistic problem urgently needed to be solved to comprehensively deepen the reform of higher education and adapt to the economic and social development. Professional competence of students has its own unique content and features. Its content mainly includes professional competence,development competence,method competence and fundamental competence; its main features are professional,basic,extensive and potential. This determines the main ways of professional competence training includes classroom teaching,campus cultural activities,professional internship,and social practice activities.
