摘 要:提出了一种新的数控插补技术——速度插补。速度插补摒弃了传统插补中单纯依靠拟合线段起点和终点来保证加工精度的运动模式,以全程进给速度单调和微段曲线精密拟合并行为核心理论,配合控制的PVT原理,可实现精密和高效的数控加工。仿真分析和实际应用证明:以速度插补为基础的数控机床不仅避免了加工过程中机床频繁的启停运动,而且保证了机床的平稳运行,其加工的面型精度和表面粗糙度均可达微米量级,同时提高了加工效率。A new kind of numerial control (NC) interpolation technology-speed interpolation is proposed, to meet therequirements of the modern NC machining for high accuracy and efficiency. Speed interpolation abandoned the movementpattern which traditional interpolation relies solely on the begin and end of the fitting line to ensure the machining accuracy,instead, with the whole feed rate monotone and micro-precision curve merged fitting as the core idea, cooperating with PVTtheory, precision and high efficiency of NC machining can be realized. Laboratory simulation and practical application showsthat the machine tool which bases on speed interpolation not only to avoid the frequent start-stop movements in themanufacturing process, but also to ensure the smooth running of the machine tool. As a result, the processing of profileaccuracy and surface roughness can be micron magnitude, and the processing efficiency is improved.
