摘　　要：胃癌与原发性胃淋巴瘤是最为高发的胃部恶性肿瘤,且临床表现往往非特异,并且两者的内镜下及影像学表现容易混淆。但是两疾病的治疗方法及预后等均有不同,故如何正确鉴别、作出早期诊断显得尤为重要。目前尚无区分两病的特异性指标或检查,因此需要从疾病特点、内镜表现、病理学、免疫组化等多角度进行综合鉴别。Gastric cancer（GC） and Primary gastric lymphoma（PGL） are the most popular malignant neoplasms at stomach.Their clinical manifestation are usually nonspecific,causing its late diagnosis.Moreover,their endoscopic characteristics and imaging features are often confusing.Howerer,the treatments for these two diseases differ.Therefore it is particularly important to make an acurate differentiation and an early diagnosi.Now that there is no specific indicator or examination to distinguish them for at present,we need to get the whole picture of the features,the endoscopic characteristics,pathological features,immunohistochemical findings,etc to make a well-rounded differentiation.
