摘 要:横向载荷转移是造成车辆侧翻的重要因素之一,在传统的计及侧倾的重型车辆动力学模型中并没有予以考虑,在对整车建模时假设簧下质量不存在侧倾角,对簧下质量单独分析时又考虑了其侧倾角,建模过程中各变量的正负号规定自成系统,没有统一的方向规定,造成对车辆的各部分受力分析不准确,本文建立的模型将横向载荷转移量作为一个变量来考虑,对整车建模时考虑了簧下质量侧倾角,统一了变量的正负号,建立了正确合理的适用于分析重型车侧倾稳定性的动力学模型。The lateral load transfer is one of the important factors causing the vehicle rollover,and it has not been taken into account in the traditional consider roll of heavy vehicle dynamics models,at the time of the vehicle modeling,it is supposed there exists no roll angle of unsprung mass,but at the time of the separate analysis of the unsprung mass,the roll angle has been taken into consideration as well,in the process of modeling,the provisions of the sign used in the variables do not work as a certain system,and there is no uniform predetermined direction,resulting in inaccurate stress analysis of various parts of the vehicle,this paper establishes the model which will take lateral load transfer as a variable,at the time of modeling,the mass roll angle of vehicle unsprung will be concerned,the sign used in variables will be unified,thus a correct and reasonable dynamics model which can be applied in the analysis of the stability of heavy vehicles roll will be established.
