摘　　要：校企协同是地方性本科院校培养应用技术型人才的重要途径,也是解决企业对高素质技术技能型人才需求的有效方法,本文探索了校企协同合作培养应用技术型人才的主要方式及合作效果,实现企业、学校、学生三方共赢局面。Synergy between higher vocational Colleges is an important way for local application undergraduate course Colleges and universities and technology talents, and solve the enterprise demand for high quality technical persons with effective method, this paper explores the main mode of col aboration between Colleges cultivate applied technology talents and the cooperative effect, enterprise, school, student tripartite win-win situation.
