论高校档案信息化管理的有效策略

摘　　要：高校档案的信息化建设,就是利用信息技术实现档案在资料获取、处理、传输以及使用方面的高效性与可靠性,实现档案资源的科学化、信息化管理,为使用者提供更多的档案信息,实现档案资源的共享。本文对高校档案信息化建设的意义及面临的困难进行了分析,同时对高校档案信息建设的对策进行了探讨。The informatization construction of university archives, is the use of information technology to achieve file in data acquisition, processing, transmission and utilization efficiency and reliability, realize scientific archives resources, information management, provides the user with more file information, share resources of archive. In this paper, the significance of university archives informatization construction and difficulties are analyzed, and countermeasures about the construction of university archives information are discussed in this paper.
