摘　　要：目的探讨1例阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤在临床上的特点、诊断方法与治疗方法。方法对本院收治的1例阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的患者的相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果此病症属于比较少见的病种,在手术之前很难鉴别,给诊断增加了难度。该病的症状以右下腹痛及腹部包块为主,重视对患者病史的采集和体格方面的检查,使用CT检查的诊断方法可以提高术前诊断的准确率。结论要对该病相关知识予以普及,强化认识,治疗本病唯一有效的方法是进行外科手术治疗,应尽早手术避免癌变。Objective To evaluate the adenoma 1 case of appendiceal mucous sac in clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment.Methods In our hospital were 1 case of appendix mucus sex pouch adenomas in patients with relevant clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The condition of rare diseases, it is hard to identify before surgery, more difficult to diagnosis. The symptoms of the disease is given priority to with lower abdominal pain and abdominal mass, pay more attention to the colection of patient medical history and physical examination, the use of CT examination in the diagnosis method can improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.Conclusion To the popularization of related knowledge of the disease, strengthen the understanding, is the only effective way to treat the disease for surgical treatment, should avoid cancer surgery as soon as possible.
