贝复舒联合大剂量维生素C治疗高锰酸钾眼部烧伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨贝复舒联合大剂量维生素C治疗高锰酸钾眼部烧伤的疗效。方法选取2008年5月～2013年9月我院进行治疗的高锰酸钾眼部烧伤患者75例78眼，随机分为研究组38例40眼及对照组37例38眼。观察两组患者临床疗效及痊愈后视力（矫正视力）恢复情况。结果研究组的有效率为92.50%，明显高于对照组的81.58%，两组比较，差异显著（P＜0.05）。研究组痊愈后视力（矫正视力）恢复情况明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异显著（χ2=7.129，P＜0.05）。结论贝复舒联合大剂量维生素C治疗高锰酸钾眼部烧伤临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者视力。Objective To explore the Observation of curative effect of b FGF combined with large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of Potassium Permanganate ocular burn.Methods 75 cases 78 eyes, of patients Potassium Permanganate ocular burn from 2008 May to 2013 September in our hospital were colected and were randomly divided into study group and control group of 37 cases 38 eyes and 40 eyes of 38 cases. Visual observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups and cured （corrected visual acuity recovery） were all observed.ResultsStudy group the effective rate was 92.50%, significantly higher than that in control group 81.58%, two groups, significant difference （P〈0.05）. Study group healed vision （visual acuity） restoration is significantly better than the control group, the two groups, significant difference （χ2=7.129, P〈0.05） .Conclusion Clinical effect of b FGF combined with large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of Potassium Permanganate ocular burn significantly, can significantly improve visual acuity.
