摘　　要：在近年来屡屡曝光畜禽产品安全问题的背景下,本文从畜禽产品的生产和后期加工过程两大方面初步总结了畜禽产品中不安全因素的来源,并简单介绍了不安全畜禽产品的危害。同时,建议通过严格落实法律法规、加大执法力度,完善检测标准、提高检测技术水平,推广健康养殖,全面实施HACCP质量安全管理体系和建立畜禽产品可追溯制度等五项措施来解决国内畜禽产品安全问题,为人们提供安全放心的畜禽产品。There are frequent accidents in animal products in recent years, therefore, this article summarizes the sources of insecurity factors from two aspects of production and processing, and briefly introduces the harm in unsafe animal products. Meanwhile, gives five suggestions of strict laws and regulations, strengthening law enforcement level, improving test standards and technology, promoting healthy aquaculture, and implementing HACCP quality and safety management system and establishing traceability system of animal product, so as to provide safe animal products for customers.
