摘　　要：通过文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对我省体育院校优秀教学团队现状,负责人情况,教学团队成员职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构进行等研究分析,并通过与其他学科进行横向对比,了解到我省体育学科优秀教学团队数量与其他学科相比还处于劣势。通过纵向对比,可以发现我省优秀教学团队以技术教学团队为主,在2012年才有一门体育理论教学团队成为省级优秀教学团队。With the methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics, this article has a research and analysis on the present situation of the outstanding teaching teams in Henan sports colleges and universities, situation of the heads, title structure, academic structure and age structure of the teaching teams member. By the horizontal comparison with other disciplines, it concludes the number of outstanding teaching teams in our province sports discipline is less compared with other disciplines. Through the longitudinal comparison, we found that our province is given priority to technique teaching teams, until 2012 there was a sports theory teaching team becoming the provincial excellent teaching team.
