探讨宫颈刮片脱落细胞学联合阴道镜在宫颈癌初筛中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈刮片脱落细胞学联合阴道镜在宫颈癌初筛中的价值。方法随机选取2010年9月~2014年9月我院收治行宫颈癌筛查患者942例,分为观察组与对照组,每组471例,给予观察组宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检查,并对存在高危因素、肉眼观察可疑者给予阴道镜及镜下活检,给予对照组宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检查,对比两组的阳性活检率。结果观察组阳性活检率为77%,明显高于对照组67%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在宫颈初筛中宫颈刮片联合阴道镜检查的应用价值高,可提高检出率,值得在临床筛查中推广应用。Objective To study the cervical smear cytology combined colposcope in the value of early cervical cancer screening. Methods Randomly selected from September 2010 to September 2014, our hospital 942 cases of cervical cancer screening patients, divided into observation group and control group, 471 cases in each group, to fall off cervical smear cytology observation group, and the high risk factors exist, macroscopic observation suspicious for colposcopy and biopsy under the mirror, fall off cervical smear cytologic examination to control group, compared two groups of the positive rate of biopsy. Results The positive rate of biopsy was 77%, the observation group is signifi cantly higher than the control group 67%, there was difference between groups（P 0.05）, with statistical signifi cance. Conclusion At the beginning of the cervical screening cervical smear in combined colposcope examination application value is high, can improve the detection rate, worthy of popularization and application in clinical screening.
