摘　　要：学校发展依赖于教师与学生,提高学校的核心竞争力需要提高教师和学生的核心竞争力。本文以提高教师胜任力与培养学生创新实践能力为目标,提出通过改革教学实践环节,培养学生创造性思维和延长毕业设计周期等方案来提高类一本院校的核心竞争力。University relay on teachers and students, Enhancing University＇ s core competitiveness needs enhancing teacher＇ s and student＇ s core competitiveness. The intention of the paper is enhancing teacher＇ s competency and developing student＇ s innovation practical ability. The means of reforming teaching＇ s practice, developing student＇ s creative thinking and extending the cycle of graduation design can enhance core competitiveness of infer key university.
