摘　　要："数模混合集成电路"是微电子学科硕士生一门重要的必修专业课。本文结合多年的教学实践经验,针对该课程的特点,提出在教学内容方面注意兼顾深度和广度、以模拟为中心等原则;在教学方法上,采取教学对象细分,理论结合工程实践以及分析与设计并重等思路,取得了良好的教学效果和课堂评价。Digital and Analog Mixed Integrated Circuits is an important Course for master students of micro-electronics discipline. Based on many years teaching and practicing experience and according to the characteristics of the course,this paper propose the basis principle that it should focus on analog part in teaching content while taking into account depth and extent. On the teaching method,we also employ the way of teaching objects subdivision,theory combined with engineering practice as well as paying equal attention to analysis and design,which has gained well teaching effect and course evaluation.
