摘　　要：针对铁路作业车安全生产和高效管理的需求,提出了综合应用GPS、GIS、3G/GPRS等先进技术的作业车信息化管理方案,提高作业车的管理效率。利用广域实时精密定位技术提高作业车的定位精度,测试结果表明能够达到分米级的定位精度。In allusion to the demand of safety production and efficient management, it was proposed the information based management project for operating vehicle by integrated application of GPS, GIS and 3G/GPRS, etc. The precise position of operating vehicle could be enhanced by using Wide Area real time precise position technique. The testing result showed that the positioning precise could be reached at level decimeter.
