摘　　要：以高职院校化工专业学生创新能力培养为目标,以精细化工专业作为试点,开展研究与实践,以求找到一种符合实际,并具有实效的培养学生创新意识与创新能力的方法,对培养适合从事企业一线生产操作能力的高素质技术技能型人才具有重要作用。Take the chemical engineering students’ innovative ability of vocational colleges as the goal ,fine chemical engineering as the pilot ,conduct the research and practice ,in order to find the real‐istic and pragmatic approach to educate students with a sense of innovation and creative ability ,have an important role in the training for high -quality technical skilled personnel engaged in the first produc‐tion line of the enterprise .
