胃癌患者体内血清微量元素和超氧化物歧化酶的变化情况及其相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者体内血清微量元素和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化情况及其相关性。方法随机选取40例胃癌患者作为胃癌组、40例胃部良性病变患者作为良性组、40例体检正常者作为对照组,分别采集三组研究对象的外周血,检测比较血清微量元素及SOD的含量及差异并探讨其相关性。结果胃癌组患者血清微量元素、SOD含量均显著低于良性病变组、对照组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),良性病变组和对照组患者血清微量元素、SOD含量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。血清SOD含量与微量元素水平均呈正相关,且差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者的血清微量元素及SOD含量均显著低于正常人群和胃部良性病变患者,SOD与微量元素的变化呈正相关,临床上应当重视对血清微量元素以及SOD含量的测定,以提高胃癌的正确诊断率,为临床进一步治疗提供重要依据。Objective To explore the changes in serum trace elements and superoxide dismutase（SOD） of patients with gastric cancer and their relevance. Method 40 cases of gastric cancer were randomly selected as gastric cancer, 40 cases of benign gastric lesions as benign group, 40 cases of normal subjects as control group, three groups of subjects were collected in peripheral blood. Compared of trace elements detected calcium, magnesium, copper, selenium, iron, zinc and SOD levels and differences and discussed their relevance. Result A variety of trace elements in serum of patients with gastric cancer group, SOD were significantly lower than benign group, control group. Benign group and control group, serum trace elements, SOD content difference were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The content of SOD in serum and trace elemeuts was positively correlated（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum trace elements, SOD content of gastric cancer are significantly lower than normal population and in patients with a variety of trace elements and SOD show a positive correlation between gastric benign lesions, should pay attention to the determination of trace elements and serum levels of SOD clinically to improve the correct diagnosis of gastric cancer, the treatment provides an important basis for further clinical.
