民用航空旅客资源时间价值和行为时间价值研究

摘　　要：根据传统时间价值理论,结合民用航空旅客运输自身特点,提出更适用于民用航空旅客运输的时间价值方法,即基于旅客调研的收入法和基于非集计模型的广义成本法。对国内旅客资源时间价值和京沪出行时间价值进行分析,得出公务和休闲VOT值,京沪飞机与高铁的VOT平衡票价为4.5折,公务、休闲分别为6折和4折。Base on traditional theory of value of time and civil aviation passenger characteristic, put forward the value of time method sutiable for civil aviation, it＇s generalized cost method which based on passenger survey and generalized cost method which based on Logit model. At last, analyzed domestic civil aviation passenger resource value of time and generalized cost between Beijing and Shanghai, obtaining business and leisure VOT and also balance price is 55% off for average, 40% off for business, 60% off for leisure of air tickets to high-speed railway between Beijing and Shanghai.
