摘  要:多糖是生物体内除蛋白质和核酸外又一类重要的生物活性大分子。其具有抗肿瘤、抗凝血和免疫调节活性等多种功能活性,已引起生物医学领域研究者的关注。近10年来的研究发现:硫酸化修饰可以改善多糖的诸多理化性质,显著地增强其原有生物活性,甚至使其产生新的活性。本文概述了多糖硫酸化修饰、结构分析的方法,综述了硫酸化多糖的主要生物活性以及硫酸化修饰对多糖抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、免疫调节等生物活性的影响等相关研究进展,可为今后开展硫酸化多糖结构、活性的深入研究及应用开发提供参考。Polysaccharides are biomacromolecule possessing important bioactivity besides protein and nucleic acid. In recent decades, polysaccharides have attracted a great deal of attention in the biomedical field due to their variety of biological activities such as antitumor, anticoagulation and immunoregulation. In the past decades, it has been found that the biological activities of polysaccharides may be developed and enhanced by sulfated modifications, which broaden their application and medicine use. Previous studies revealed that sulfated modification can change the physicochemical properties, produce higher original activities, good functional polysaccharides, and even produce polysaccharides with new activities. In this paper, the methods of sulfated modification and structural analysis were summarized, the effects of sulfated modification on its biological activities, such as antioxidant, antiviral, anti-tumor, immune regulation were reviewed.Furthermore, the recent research progresses in the structure-activity relationship and biological activity of sulfated polysaccharides were also reviewed. This may provide a scientific basis reference for further studies concerning polysaccharide modifications and the comprehensive developments and utilizations of sulfated modification polysaccharides.
