摘　　要：现今,医学信息学的研究已从基本的事务管理向知识组织、知识服务和决策咨询方向拓展,随着决策支持系统理论与实践的发展,以及计算机技术在医学领域中发展的突飞猛进,医学决策支持系统的架构、数据资源管理方式与数据分析实现技术都发生了巨大的变化。通过分析医学决策支持系统的发展路线与成败原因,对其在云计算与大数据环境下的发展趋势做了详尽的探索分析。并结合我国的实际,对存在的主要问题进行了简述,对于医学智能决策支持系统的研究有重要的借鉴和指导意义。Today, medical informatics research have developed from transaction management to knowledge organization, knowledge service and decision-making consultation direction. With the development of Decision Support System theory and computer technology, medical decision support system＇s architecture, data management style and data analysis technology have taken great changes. Through the analysis of the development route of medical decision support system and the reason of success or failure, the paper has explored its the development trend under cloud computing and big data through analysis and combined with the actual in China. This paper expounds the main problems, and has important reference and guiding significance to the study of medical intelligent decision support system.
