中医热敷疗法联合西药防治化疗致周围神经毒性30例

摘　　要：目的评价中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防止含草酸铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性的疗效和安全性。方法试验组(中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽预防周围神经毒性)30例,对照组(未用特殊方法预防周围神经毒性)60例。结果试验组患者周围神经毒性的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组患者周围神经毒性持续的时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷联合钙镁合剂及谷胱甘肽防治含草酸铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性疗效确切,且不良反应轻微。Objective To evaluation the efficacy and safety of herbal compre ss and glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions prevent and treat the peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin. Methods The test group（ herbal compress plus glutathione with calcium and magnesium treatment group） 30 cases, the control group（without the use of special methods to prevent peripheral neurotox-icity） 60 cases. Results Peripheral neurotoxicity of the test group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）, the duration of the peripheral neurotoxicity of test group were significantly less than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of herbal compress and glutathione with calcium and magnesium infusions in prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by oxali-platin is better than glutathione and calcium and magnesium infusions.
