和谐社会视角下的医学生人文素质教育研究

摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,要求培养的医学生既要有良好的专业素质和心理素质,而且还要有广博的人文素质。党的"十八大"提出:"把立德树人作为教育的根本任务","加快发展现代职业教育"。当下人才水平的高低、素质的高下,已经不能仅仅取决于专业的水平和素质,而是取决于人才的综合素质。夯实医学人文素质教育,营造良好的医患和谐氛围,建立和谐融洽医患关系,促进社会和谐稳定,推动医疗卫生事业的健康发展。In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, the medical students not only should be cultivated to have good pro-fessional quality and psychological quality, but also have a wide range of humanistic quality. The 18 th CPC National Congress puts for-ward ＂ strengthening morality education as the fundamental task of education＂ and ＂ speeding up the development of modern vocational education＂. The present level of talent or quality cannot depend on the quality of professional, but the talented person ＇s comprehensive quality. The aims of strengthening the education of medical humanistic quality and building a good harmonious atmosphere of doctor-patient is not only to promote social harmony and stability, but also promote the healthy development of the medical and health care.
