摘  要:中西结合儿科学青年教师作为新世纪教学的主力军,未来学术接班人,培养高素质中西结合儿科人才的有生力量,为了尽快胜任儿科学教学工作,提高儿科教学质量,应加强儿科学理论与实践的学习,具备良好的职业道德,掌握现代医学科学研究的基本方法,在实践中不断探索、不断提高,努力成为一名具有科学基础宽厚,专业技能扎实,创新能力强,发展潜力大,具有高水平的科研和教学能力的合格教师。Young teachers in Pediatrics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine are the main teaching force in the new century,the future academic successors, the effective strength in training of high-quality talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine Pediatrics. In order to be competent in pediatrics teaching work as soon as possible, improve the quality of teaching of Pediatrics, Young teachers should strengthen the theory and practice study of pediatrics, have good occupation morals, master the basic method for the research of modern medical science, explore and improve constantly in practice, and strive to become qualified teachers with heavy scientific basis, solid professional skills, strong innovative ability, great potential for development, high level of scientific research and teaching ability.
