摘　　要：针灸推拿是一门颇具中医特色,古老又新颖的学科,也是我校的特色专业。为了解针灸推拿专业毕业生的就业质量,进而有针对性地调整人才培养方案,对2009—2014年六届毕业生进行跟踪调查,结果显示我校该专业学生就业质量趋于稳定,但也存在着就业单位分散,毕业生科研能力、自我发展能力不足等问题,需要学校在人才培养改革上,强化理论与实践技能教育的同时,进一步培养学生的创业意识、创新能力,以增强学生的竞争力,提高就业质量。Acupuncture and moxibustion massage is a very Chinese characteristics of old and novel subject, is specialty subject in our col-lege. In order to learn acupuncture and massage in graduates of our school the quality of employment, and then adjust the talent training scheme, t 2009 to 2014 six graduates tracking survey, found that the employment quality of the students in our school tend to be stable, but the employment unit is very fragmented, graduates in the scientific research ability and the ability of self-development still lacking. The needs of the school personnel training in the reform, strengthen the theory and practice of combining education, further develop students pi-oneering consciousness, improve students innovation ability, to enhance students competitiveness, improve the quality of employment.
