鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及对患者血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和IFN-γ的影响。方法将在该院治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者纳入研究,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组患者给予GP化疗方案,观察组患者在GP化疗方案上给予鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液治疗。比较两组患者的疗效以及血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平。结果观察组患者的客观有效率和疾病控制率均高于对照组,无进展生存时间和总生存时间长于对照组;观察组患者的IL-6和IL-10水平低于对照组,TNF-α和IFN-γ高于对照组;IL-6和IL-10含量与TNF-α和IFN-γ含量呈负相关。结论 GP化疗方案基础上给予鸦胆子油乳联合艾迪注射液治疗有助于改善治疗效果以及患者Th1/Th2细胞功能平衡。【Objective】To study the curative effect of Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with Aidi injection in treating advanced lung cancer and its effect on serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ. 【Methods】160 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated by GP chemotherapy, and observation group was treated by Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with Aidi injection based on GP chemotherapy. Then recent curative effect and long term curative effect and serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ levels were compared between two groups. 【Results】ORR rate and DCR rate of observation group were higher than those of control group, and progression free survival time and overall survival time in observation group were longer. The serum levels of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in observation group were lower than those in control group. IL-6 and IL-10 content were negatively correlated with TNF-α and IFN-γ content. 【Conclusion】Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with Aidi injection based on GP chemotherapy is helpful to improve curative effect and Th1/Th2 cells function balance.
