摘　　要：本文从遗传基因方面浅述了耳聋的发病原因及类型,特别介绍了NSHI的研究现状及展望,为优生咨询及临床应用提供了依据。In this thesis, the pathogenic reasons and types of deafness are briefly discussed according to the aspects of hereditary gene. And the present situation and prospect of research on the Nonsyndromic Hearing Impairment (NSHI) are especially introduced. It supplies the standards for the consultation of engenics and the clinical use.
