农民农药使用防护行为及其健康影响分析

摘　　要：农业生产中农药使用不当会危害农民的健康。通过对7个县的无公害果蔬基地的322个有效农户的农民农药使用过程中的防护行为分析,采用二元Logit模型对导致农民使用农药后急性症状的原因与使用农药防护不当的行为进行分析。结果表明:农民喷施农药过程中穿外套能显著减少农民的农药急性中毒反应的概率,农民喷施农药过程中抽烟或喝水能显著增加农民的农药急性中毒反应的概率;打药后及时洗澡能够显著降低农民农药中毒反应的概率等。Exposed to pesticides in agriculture production are harmful to farmers＇ health.Based on 322 households of vegetable and apple growers investigated in seven counties in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces,the paper analysed farmers＇ protective measures when they applied pesticides by binary logit model regression.The results showed that farmers＇ wearing coat decreased or lessened the probability of poisoning when they applied pesticides,smoking or drinking water increased the probability of poisoning when they applied pesticides,and washing hands or taking a bath decreased the probability of poisoning.
