康惠尔水胶体透明贴对持续鼻导管吸氧老年患者耳廓皮肤压疮预防效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察康惠尔水胶体透明贴在持续鼻导管吸氧老年患者耳廓皮肤保护压疮预防中的效果。方法：把符合纳入标准的106例患者随机分成两组，对照组患者使用鼻导管吸氧前采用常规的皮肤护理，实验组患者使用鼻导管前在耳廓受压部贴康惠尔水胶体透明贴，观察两组患者耳廓压疮的发生率。结果：对照组压疮发生率为33．33％，实验组压疮发生率为3．85％；实验组的压疮发生率显著低于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：康惠尔水胶体敷料能有效降低老年患者耳廓受压皮肤压疮的发生率，对预防压疮有积极作用。OBJECTIVE ： To observe the effect of comfeel plus transparent dressing in pressure sore of the auricular skin in elderly patients with persistent inhaling oxygen using nasal catheter. METHODS： 106 patients were collected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. Before inhaling oxygen using nasal catheter, the auricular skin of compression in control group was nursed normally compared to experimental group pasted with Comfeel plus transparent dressing. The incidence of auricular pres- sure ulcer of the two groups was observed. RESULTS： The incidence of auricular pressure ulcer in the control group was 33.33% and 3.85% in the experimental group. There was statiscally difference between two group （ χ^2 = 15. 047 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSIONS： Comfeel plus transparent dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of auricular pressure sore in elderly patients and has an active role in the prevention of pressure sore.
