独蒜兰中丁二酸苄酯苷类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：应用反相硅胶ODS、大孔树脂、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等多种色谱分离技术,从中药山慈菇来源之一——独蒜兰Pleione bulbocodioides干燥假鳞茎中分离得到10个丁二酸苄酯苷类化合物和1个苄醇糖苷类化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据分别鉴定为loroglossin（1）,grammatophylloside A（2）,cronupapine（3）,（-）-（2R,3S）-1-[4-（β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧）苄基]-4-甲基-2-异丁基酒石酸酯（4）,vandaterosideⅡ（5）,grammatophylloside B（6）,（-）-（S）-1,4-二-[4-（β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧）苄基]-2-异丙基苹果酸酯（7）,gymnosideⅠ（8）,militarine（9）,dactylorhin A（10）,天麻苷（11）。其中化合物1~7为首次从独蒜兰属植物中分离得到。Ten glucosyloxybenzyl 2-isobutylmalates and one benzyl alcohol glycoside were isolated from the dry tuber of Pleione bul- bocodioides, which is a specie of Orchidaceae family and its dry tuber is one of the main sources of traditional Chinese medicine ＂shan- ci-gu＂, by a combination of various column chromatographic methods, including ODS, macroporous adsorbent resin, Sepheadex LH- 20, and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidences and spectroscopic analysis asloroglossin （ 1 ）, grammatophylloside A （ 2 ）, cronupapine （ 3 ）, （ - ） -（ 2R, 3S） -1- （4-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl） -4-methyl-2-isobutyhartrate （4）, vandateroside Ⅱ （5）, grammatophylloside B （ 6 ）, bis [ 4- （β-D-glucopyranosyloxy） -benzyl ] （ S ） -2-isopropylmalate （ 7 ）, gym- noside I （S）, militarine （9）, dactylorhin A （10）, gastrodin （11）. Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this genus for the fir - - st time.
