摘 要:目的:考察环孢素A口服溶液不同给药剂量对一次性注射器内残留量的影响。方法:将40支一次性无菌注射器均分为0.9%氯化钠注射液组和环孢素A口服溶液组,两组又均分为4个亚组。分别测定两组注射器内溶液的残留量,并计算残留百分比。结果:环孢素A口服溶液组各亚组一次性无菌注射器内环孢素A的残留百分比均显著高于0.9%氯化钠注射液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环孢素A口服溶液各亚组间除0.5 ml组与0.8 ml组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童采用一次性无菌注射器口服给予环孢素A时抽取的剂量越小,注射器内药物的残留百分比越大;当注射器抽取环孢素A溶液剂量在0.1 ml时,注射器内药物的残留量百分比最高。OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of Cyclosporin A oral solution with different dosing on the syringe residue. METHODS:A total of 40 disposable sterile syringes were divided into 0.9% sodium chloride injection group and cyclosporin A oral solution group. The residues of cyclosporin A in syringe were determined and the percentage of residues was calculated. RESULTS : The proportion of residues in disposable sterile syringes in cyclosporin A oral solution group was significantly higher than 0.9% so- dium chloride injection group, with significant difference(P〈0.05). There were significant differences among the subgroups of cy- closporin A oral solution group (P〈0.05) except for 0.5 ml group and 0.8 ml group (P〉0.05). CONCLUSIONS: When children were orally given cyclosporin A by disposable sterile syringes, the proportion of resides in syringes was greater when the extract dosage of cyclosporin A was smaller. The proportion was the highest when the dosage of cyclosporin A solution was 0.1 ml.
