摘  要:目的评价社区健康服务管理中心实行以公益性导向绩效考核方案后卫生服务及公益性作用的成效。方法以基本医疗、公共卫生服务和满意度为综合考核指标,对比深圳市沙井人民医院下辖19家社区健康服务中心绩效考核方案实施前一年与实施后一年各项工作指标的情况。结果绩效考核方案实施后一年,社区健康服务中心月均诊疗人次、基本公共卫生服务月均人数、员工和患者满意度均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论公益性导向绩效考核突显了社区健康服务中心的公益性作用,促使两大基本卫生服务的均衡发展,提高了基本医疗、公共卫生服务和满意度等各项考核指标。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the health service and public function of the welfare-oriented performance appraisal of community health service management center. METHODS With basic medical, public health service and satisfaction for comprehensive assessment index, compare the effect of performance appraisal between the previous year and one year after the implementation in 19 community health service centers under the jurisdiction of the Shenzhen Shajing People' s Hospital. RESULTS The average monthly clinic visits, the average monthly number of basic public health services, staff and patient satisfaction improved significantly (P〈0.05) in community health service centers one year after the implementation of performance appraisal. CONCLUSION The welfare-oriented performance appraisal highlighted the nonprofit role of community health service centers, promote the balanced development of the two basic health services, improve the assessmentindicators of basic medical care, public health services, satisfaction.
