摘 要:教材中探究沙子与水升温快慢的实验中,利用酒精灯加热,沙子和水分别通过传导和对流的方式传热,导致实验的初始时间内,水升温较快,与现实中在海边的感受不符.为此,提出了采用白炽灯上加热的方式,使沙子和水的热传递方式相同,实验改进后,沙子升温较水快,即可得出水的比热容比沙子大的结论.该实验还可以采用煤油和水进行对比实验,因两种物质的热传导方式相同,容易比较比热容的大小.In teaching material ,the exploring experiment of heating speed uses alcohol burner to heat sand and water .Sand and water transfer heat by conduction and convection ,respectively .In the initial stage ,water heats up faster than sand .It is in contrary to the feeling in reality .So a method that used lamp to heat water and sand was presented .Using this method ,the heat transfer ways of water and sand were both conductions ,the temperature of sand increased faster than that of water .It could concluded that the specific heat of water is bigger than that of sand .Because of the same heat transfer way ,kerosene and water could be used in experiment to compare their specific heat .
