摘 要:针对AMT重型越野车辆大坡道起步过程中离合器摩擦片磨损严重的问题,提出了坡道起步改进控制策略.将坡道起步过程划分成4部分,结合改进前的离合器控制策略和大坡道起步数据,分别针对每一部分进行了减少滑摩功的分析.在改进后的控制策略中,将离合器结合过程与发动机转速下降率进行闭环控制,防止因起步过快而造成发动机熄火.以某AMT重型越野车辆为试验平台,重新设计了坡道起步过程中的离合器控制策略,编写了控制软件,并进行了不同大坡道的起步验证,取得了理想的效果.To solve the problem that clutch is badly worn during the hill-start process of heavyoff-road vehicles equipped with AMT, this paper presentect an improveu strategy - - The process of hill-start was divided into four parts and the analysis of reducing the friction work was processed respectively for each part based on former clutch control strategy and hill-start data. In order to prevent the engine flameout during the hill-start, closed-loop control of the clutch engaging process and the decline rate of the engine speed was used in the improved control strategy. The new clutch control strategy for hill-start was designed and carried out tests on different slopes achieving satisfactory results.
