摘　　要：随着高等教育规模的迅速扩大,毕业生就业将面临着严峻的挑战。如何转变就业指导观念,建立一个新的就业指导模式,是高校开展就业指导工作面临的两个重要课题。With the development of higher education, it is a rigorous challenge for the graduate to obtain employment . There are two important questions about carrying out the work of guiding the graduate to obtain employment: how to change the idea for graduate to obtain employment; how to establish a new mode of guidance for graduate to obtain employment.
