摘　　要：通过对高职院校公寓育人流程化管理的内涵梳理及现状分析,整合高职院校学生公寓育人的流程化管理可实施体系构建框架和内容,创新高职院校公寓育人的流程化管理实施途径和措施,提升公寓育人的基础管理规范化,形成良好的公寓育人氛围,渐进、潜移默化地影响学生,向着高素养、好行为、好习惯等方面发展成才。Through the analysis of the connotation and present situation of apartment education process management in vocational colleges,the article integrated the framework and content of its enforceable system,which will bring innovation to the implementing way and approach of the management,improve the basics of education,normalize the managing system and forming better educational atmosphere. That would finally influence our students gradually and unconsciously,and do good to their development by way of helping them to have high quality,good works and habits.
