摘 要:人力资源是图书馆"人、财、物、文献"等有形资源中最重要的发展资源,这要求图书馆人力资源建设在外延扩张的同时更要实现内涵的优化。为适应分工细化和专业化发展的需要,图书馆建立主副岗管理制度可以较好地保证关键岗位专业人才的复用。以专业人才队伍的冗余机制保证图书馆人力资源系统运行的可用性,能有效地满足图书馆日常服务、工作创新、应对变化及追求新目标和新战略的需要。The human resource is the most important development resource of tangible resources of "human, finance, material and literature" in the library, and it demands that the construction of human resources of the library should expand the extension at the same time realize the optimization of the connotation. In order to meet the need of the refinement of the division and the specialization development, establishing the main & vice post management system in the library could better guarantee the multiplexing of key position talents. Using the redundant mechanism of the professional talent team to ensure the availability of the operation of the human resource system of the library, could effectively meet the need of the daily service, the work innovation, facing changes and the pursuit of new goals and new strategies of the library.
